PREORDER ITEMS

No Returns or Exchanges for preorderitems. 

All sales are final. Please make surethat you have carefully reviewed your order and size prior to finalizing yourpurchase. If you have questions regarding the sizing of a specific item, pleasecontact us and our staff will be more than willing to assist you.

Under the below circumstances, our company can offer exchange on select items:-

-     Model/ Size are different from customer's order

-      Major damage, resulting in the product not being able to perform its normal function

-      Some products and brands are non-exchangeable,

If the above circumstance is met, the customer can submit the request by Website Message / Whatsapp within 7 days after receiving the products. The products must be returned with the original packaging and under a “Brand New” condition (not affecting the next sales)If the products are damaged due to improper usage or any personal reasons, or if the damage is normal, including glue stains, threads end or stain not exceeding 5% of the volume, or the original package is damaged due to shipping, it cannot be the reason for return or exchange.


In addition, the product pictures on our website are for reference only. The colour, appearance, size etc., of the products from the pictures may be inconsistent with the actual product. The customers cannot use it as a return request once you placed the order. If you have any questions, please visit our store or contact us through various online channels for details.

 

As the same time, our company reserves the right to make all final returns or exchange decisions.

 

We are not responsible for all refund and re-ship shipping costs and any other miscellaneous fees associated with your return product(s).



Refunds (if applicable)

 

Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. We take care of both return shipment costs and resend shipment costs in these cases.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or resend you the correct items.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over US$150 (i.e. aroundHK$1,300), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
